Research shaped by real questions and real fieldwork
Shideh’s project experience includes public opinion, customer and audience research, industrial markets, cultural studies and management-oriented analysis.
Methods used in practice
Depending on the research question and population, projects have used telephone and in-person surveys, online questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, open-ended questions, observation and mixed-method designs.
Heavy machinery and miningA multi-province research database of 1,262 records, 479 contacts and 107 specialist responses, supporting market and customer understanding.
Customer satisfactionA machinery-sector satisfaction study with 170 valid responses and management-focused reporting.
Retail and consumer behaviourA study involving 300 participants, designed to examine purchasing behaviour and market experience.
Cultural audiencesResearch on museum audiences and non-visitors, with attention to participation barriers and audience experience.
Municipal researchCultural and social research designed around urban audiences, citizen experience and decision needs.
Research proposals and decision toolsProjects may lead to analytical reports, executive summaries, competitor analysis, satisfaction measures and tailored decision-support outputs.
The method follows the question
Shideh does not apply one fixed questionnaire to every project. The population, instrument, fieldwork method and analysis are selected according to what the organization needs to know and the evidence required to answer it.
